Choose what happened
The 50 mm line is the wrong length
Open the PDF that matches the paper in your printer: A4 or US Letter. Set Actual Size or 100%. Turn off Fit, Shrink and borderless enlargement. Print only the template page again and measure between the calibration end marks. The prototype check allows a 1 mm difference; record the actual measurement.
The line is right, but part of the template is missing
Check the PDF preview first. If the complete outline is visible there, check paper orientation and the printer’s printable margins. Do not shrink a structural template to make it fit. Use the matching paper file and a printer that can print the entire outline.
A4 and Letter printouts look different
The page shape and white space differ. Structural dimensions and the 50 mm line should stay the same. Compare the measurements rather than the size of the image on your screen.
Two parts still do not fit together
Confirm the project ID and version on every part. Recheck the calibration line, cut lines and fold direction. Keep photos of the mismatch with a ruler. Do not trim a structural face to hide an error.
