Get an online activity working again
Start with the problem you can see. Instructions remain available even if the interactive program or demonstration cannot load.
The activity will not load
JavaScript is required for the activities. If you see a loading error, use Reload interaction. A slow connection can show Retry loading. Check your connection and try once more; reading the instructions and downloading printable files do not require a working game.
Save any drawing you want to keep before reloading the page. A page reload clears the current game session.
The keyboard makes no sound
Sound starts off. Start the activity, then choose Enable sound and check its volume and your device output. If audio is unavailable, the keys can still respond visually. Focus the activity before using keys; typing in a search box should not play it.
Pause, mute or leave the activity to stop. Returning to the page does not automatically turn sound on.
I cannot scroll past the sand drawing
Use touch to scroll returns the drawing area to page scrolling. Enable touch drawing opts into drawing gestures. Outside the activity, the page should scroll normally. A pointer cancellation ends the current gesture; completed strokes remain during an orientation change.
The demonstration video is unavailable
The recording is optional. Continue with How to play, retry the video after the connection recovers, or open the original video file. Retrying loads the file without starting playback. Closing the demonstration stops it; reopening does not resume it automatically.
I need to stop or start over
Pause keeps the current activity where supported. Reset or clear asks before discarding it. Cancel to keep your work. Reduced motion keeps the controls available while reducing animation. Esc leaves the active interaction.

Still stuck? Record the page, browser and what happened. A downloaded problem report is a local file; it is not sent automatically.
