Choose what happened
The default file did not open
Return to the project’s Files section and try the same file once more. Default downloads do not require an account or JavaScript. If the site says the file is temporarily unavailable, wait and retry; do not rename an error page to .pdf.
The file opened in a new browser view
Use the PDF viewer’s download or save control to keep a local copy. Opening a PDF is not confirmation that your browser saved it. Check the chosen folder and open the saved file before printing.
Custom export failed
Your current editor selections remain on the page. Read the error, shorten text if requested, then retry. Keep this tab open while you work. You can always return to the Files section and open the default version.
The text is rejected or too wide
Use an available character set and no more than 18 visible characters. A name must also fit within its fixed print area. Shorten wide text; the editor will not shrink the structural template to accommodate it.
The PDF looks blank or damaged
Try opening the saved file in another PDF viewer. Compare its filename, version, page count and size with the project listing. Report a mismatch with those details; do not send private editor text.
Still stuck? Report the project and version.
