Choose what happened

Parts will not fit together

Match the project and version on all parts. Record the printer, filament, nozzle, layer height and slicer settings. Measure the mating features and compare them with the project’s design dimensions and clearance test. Do not force a stuck joint.

The base lifted or the print detached

Record where the failure began and check your printer manufacturer’s bed preparation and material guidance. Use the model’s documented orientation. Avoid changing several settings at once, so the next test has a traceable cause.

A moving joint is fused

Check orientation, support placement and the specified clearance. Print the supplied clearance specimen before repeating the complete model. An unverified printer/material combination needs its own test record.

My printer differs from the tested setup

Treat the profile as a starting point, not a guarantee. Record your setup and complete the project’s print and assembly checks before reporting a successful match.
